Horrible, rude, customer service. The female who answered the line had a attitude, couldn’t answer any questions and when we did give her answers, she said we apparently didn’t give her the right information even though she would not shut up long enough for us to give her the information. We then went to repeat the exact number we gave her before she rudely interrupted us but she decided it would be best if she just hang up.
Get people in customer service who actually knows how to do their job. Ridiculous.

I’m unable to return an iPhone 15 Pro max because the manager says that it cannot be done until iPhone support has scheduled the call for a reset at 8:06 pm on the final day it is able to be returned. Thanks a lot AT&T for making it impossible to return!
And since this I was called by a person from the executive office of AT&T who said that he would investigate the situation and call me yesterday but he never called so after all the additional trips to Sioux City I am still waiting for the company to respond to my complaint.
This sadly reinforces my very negative feelings about AT&T. My advice continues to remain the same. Never consider dealing with them!

AT&T lies about how moneysave you money from the start. I was told my business account was the better deal instead of military discount. My bill has been 360 for the last 3 months. I will be canceling my service and going somewhere else these guys are a ripoff. Plus their customer service sucks.

By far the worst customer service. I hardly get service anywhere. It's a buisness account and I miss texts and calls often. Not to mention the "pin number" authentication is a joke. I reset it every-single-time I have to do anything. And the funny thing is.... I reset it. It confirms it back to me, but it is never correct.

I want to commend Dimante on his professionalism, courtesy, and patience. I do not live in Sioux City but my Dad still does. He doesn’t speak much English and is not tech savvy.Dimante provided excellent customer service and assisted my Dad with replacing his phone and services.Greatly appreciate him and his hard work.

I was not able to get a phone with service that i could afford, so i went to a discount store for a phone and service too add to it. However, I use up service too fast, so i may porting this phone number to a different service.

I don't even know where to begin. 2 months ago I went into the store to sign up for an account. They signed me up for a business account and did not consult me about it. So needless to say when I got my first bill it was close to $600 for three phone lines. I went into the store I spent 4 hours in the store trying to get my account switched to a consumer account. I spent another 4 hours the next day trying to be able to even log on to my account I spent hours and hours on phone support and always get connected to a business account even though I no longer have. To this day I'm still not able to log on to my account and no one can seem to help me. This is so frustrating. I am truly regretting signing up with AT& T

I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided. I am even more disgusted to find out that my warranty for my galaxy Z flip has now been voided due to the employees careless actions of trying to remove the screen protector, and when I asked why you would remove it if you knew it would void the warranty and was told he was trying to do me a favor.

I would give the staff four stars for sure, they're pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately AT&T is a little disappointing. They make almost everything difficult. If you have to change your plan or upgrade a phone. You're going to end up with a headache.
