I went into the store to get a breakdown of my bill to pay off my phone. The two sales rep ADDED HOME TECH PROTECT to my bill Without MY CONSENT. I found out the next bill when Att sent me an email about a new addition to my bill.

I was terribly overcharged due to the technician. He did not inform me that I would be charged 20 per line, which I have two of, for not having paperless billing. I had gone in a month ago to see why my bill went up $10 and he said he could lower it back down to approximately 127. He said to expect a charge of around $50the first month. It was 60 and after that it was $45. Believe I should've been sent a text message or been informed more clearly, especially when his job was to try and save me money. I will be canceling my service if I don't get a refund. There's plenty of other more fairly priced companies out there.

I have unfortunately attempted to deal with three different AT&T stores in Sioux City with very poor results. Avoid them!

This AT&T location told us that we had to have phone insurance and automatically added the upgrade in 18 months to my phone purchase in order to get a “promotion.” They said we were getting a “deal” for $30/month. I found out the next day, from a different corporate store, that neither of those are required and the promotion is for $5.99/month. This dishonesty and shady way of handling a transaction is completely unacceptable. Beware of sneaky upcharges from the manager and staff at this location.
