Barb has been our real estate agent for several real estate transactions. Barb showed us a lot of patience during the last home we sold. The real estate market was a little wacky and she always took our call and did whatever needed so we could have a successful sale. We highly recommend Barb!! Frank & Cheri Cosgrove

Barb recently sold our high value Sioux City home in a relatively negative market, with a good outcome. She was always available, very experienced with our market, had many marketing strategies and has an easy personality to work with. I highly recommend her.
