In February 2022, I was traveling from Miami to Billings in my very large 5th wheel trailer. The tires on my dually I was traveling with were sketchy. Ben Fish was very busy at the time but sensed my urgency and were able to get me back on the road early afternoon. Thank you. However, over a year later, it was discovered the tire size was not an ideal fit for my dually. I telephoned Fish and spoke with Matt the manager. I had 6 new tires put on in my home state. Matt and I agreed to a financial adjustment on the original tires. HE COULD HAVE EASILY BLOWN MY OFF BUT DIDN'T!! Matt and his billing office worked together to make this unfortunate situation good. A big thank you to Ben Fish Tires.

They were very helpful in getting me in and out quickly so I could get back home in Omaha and they were reasonably priced as I know price has gone up since I last purchased a used tire

Cheapest places I can find for motor oil change. And also I once change my four tires, I was very satisfied with quality and price compare to others same business. I been a customer for years. 4 star because one time they didn't put back the motor cap properly an it make it mess under my hood.

Im not a local, and this place didnt immediately jump out. But I am glad i was pointed in their direction. They were great. Very thankful for their shop and the staff.

I have been to a number tires shops and repair shops around Siouxland, and it is my opinion that this place is the best. Very knowledgeable, and very good about explaining everything. VERY fair prices as well. We are adamant about bringing all of our vehicles here!

Went to tire shop I bought tires from to check out an ongoing tire leak issue, same runaround…we’re swamped, gonna be 4 to 6 hours. Called the other location, 7 hour wait. I’ve had this issue ever since I bought the tires. Stopped into Ben Fish, got me right in with no hassle! I’ll be buying my tires here from now on again.

My dad's always gone here, I've gone here most of my adult life. Knowledgeable staff. Long term, happy employee's. Can't beat this shop.. most tire places nowadays are just stores. This is an old school shop that takes pride in what they do. Thanks for the recent work. My rig turned out awesome
