They found more damage when they were putting it back together and knew a fellow vendor would have the part sooner than Prestige so they took it to the other vendor to have them fix this in order to get it back to us sooner. The only reason I was even able to compare prices between a K & N and other mechanics is because sometimes it can be hard to get him on the phone but when other mechanics wanted to charge $3500, Francisco (K & N) did it for 1600 with new parts. When other mechanics wanted to charge me 3,800, Francisco did it for 2050. I'm a real customer with real financial hardship, just like a lot of y'all. Francisco has been a lifesaver multiple times.
