Had another bag that kept setting the alarms off and felt like I was treated like a criminal having to take my boots off to show them I hadn’t taken anything. I never go out my way to post reviews but this was the worst experience since I’ve only done my shopping at the buckle since I was 18. I will no longer be going to the buckle. My money is good just as everywhere else.looking at everyone else’s reviews looks like this is an ongoing issue with people feeling like they are getting treated as criminals.

Nice merchandise but expensive. My daughter bought me some jeans. 169.00. They are nice. I'm used of buying cheaper. I love em.

Love the store, but if you tell them you are just browsing they will repeatedly ask you over and over very loudly if they can help you. I will continue to shop online.

My best friend loves Buckle, but this experience was truly unsettling. A pair of middle-school girls lost a phone before we had entered the store, and decided that we had stolen it. Instead of helping the girls search for the phone, the employees pointed fingers at us. It was incredibly uncomfortable, as we had just entered the store and hadn't touched anything. One of the girls finally found the phone, on a shelf in plain sight. Instead of apologizing, the girls claimed that they had "already looked there." When we were checking out, the clerk said that she never thought we had taken the phone, that we "didn't seem like the type." Overall, an uncomfortable experience.

I had reserved items from the app. When I went in I was told there were no holds. I explained that I have a lot of anxiety and don’t like being approached by everyone and that’s why I shop the way I do. Drew completely understood me and helped find all the items I had previously reserved. He was readily available for assistance. Got me in and out! What started off as a disappointing experience actually turned into the best one at any Buckle I have been to. Thank you Drew for the BEST service! I look forward to shopping with you in the future

I was looking for jeans today and decided to stop into The Buckle and not one person said a thing to me or offered to help. I usually don’t have this experience at any of The Buckle’s where I live. I was thinking of buying some jeans, but the decided not to give this Buckle any business due to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank goodness the workers in Omaha are way more friendly. I will never go to this store again. Horrible customer service. Will be giving the corporate number a phone call.

Was there the other day looking at some diff blue ray blocking glasses, when one of the associates basically assumed I couldn't afford a pair which is incorrect and said we have lower priced ones if that's more in your budget. That right there made me look into taking my business elsewhere.
