Stopped by today for the bikini bottom bundles, they ran out off the pineapple foam, they did let us know that before placing the order, which im thankful for them telling us that. However after getting the food i saw that the pies were not in the order. After paying 14.99 for two of them and not getting the full order for either of them , I can say im very disappointed. Also tried calling 3 times and noone picked up.

I see employees walking around taking multiple bathroom visits. Meanwhile litterally every table dirty. Had to clean ours to sit n eat.I Never saw anyone clean any table whole time we were there. Place was slow too. Which was 2hrs since visiting relative in Sioux City.

Wow. Straight up rude and condensending. I work retail and would never act like that. There was an employee near by, i showed her the reciept that I did not get a ranch dip, the a short little manager came out to me and my wife telling me in a rude way to come to the counter for the sauces..ok? And she scurrried away.

Kids play area closes at 8pm. I showed up at 7:50pm. I will take my kids and my money to another business then!! Your loss! Refused!

If you are vegan you should really go to Burger King they will definitely not put mayo in your sandwich when you specify no mayo(on 2 different occasions).

They left out a whole whopper and half the sauce we asked for. It happens a lot at this location. Always check the bag and make sure everything is in it.

The staff were helpful and fast getting us our order to us and the food was good and fresh! The kids had a fun time playing in the play area as well. The manager came and asked how our food was which is rare for a fast food joint but she was polite and we enjoyed it.

Just went drive through and it's prolly a darned good thing cuz I MIGHTA gave em a piece of my mind that day cuz I was NOT happy with the foodstuffs I shoveled into my cake hole! It was puny and barely warm and just overall "not good". Tasted like it was past time to change the grease and the people working Drive thru did NOT have a sense of humor....sheesh! Lighten up!

I’m appreciate of them. I asked for a side of BBQ for my 8pc nugget and instead put it on my chicken junior. I also asked for a plain crispy chicken wrap, but it still had royal sauce. The manager replaced both, added another free wrap, as well as free cookies
