Bad customer service when it comes to taking a coupon code that they do not have the paper copy. They eventually did the food, but they gave me a refund and threw the food away. Go visit Micki and her crew. The staff is really friendly. My husband and I go there a lot to get the trio special. Always get a nice fresh hot jr. Whopper and fries. The whole restaurant is nice and clean. They are located on Sergeant Rd. near the mall. Central Bank is on the corner from them.

I ordered Chicken Fries and a Cheeseburger and got food poisoning. I was ill for 4 days. I contacted the health department and I would recommend going elsewhere until the health department does their check.

The staff was great, friendly and fast. Had an elderly friend with me, and they were very respectful to her, even though she was a bit slow to order🤭🫣🤭. Will definitely come back here again.

Went through the drive thru after work, got down to the last couple of fries in the box so I just dumped it in my mouth. While I was chewing I felt something that was not french fries, pulled it out of my mouth to find some kind of cotton pad had made it's way into my fries. It looks a lot like a pimple patch so that's not only horribly disgusting but wildly unacceptable.
Safe to say I won't be going back to burger king again, and I'd advise anyone else to stay away from this one as well

NIKKI the store manger was really rude refused to give me a straw because they forget to give me one and then proceeded to go inside to get one and she grab all the ones from the lobby, over a straw

I went here the other day and ordered 2 double whopper's with cheese. The patties were cold and not seasoned. I went up to the counter to get some zesty sauce to make it better. Honestly they were really rude and charged me for the sauce. I will never eat there again. Burger did not taste like I remember it

Was the best bk in town but my last 3 visit have been horrible. The wait time to get my order taken has been 5 minutes or longer. And I was there only vehicle in my lane. This time by time my order was taken there were 5 vehicles in each line and just finally took my order. Which is a number 1. Nothing complicated..food was still good but having to wait 5 minutes to order when it is not busy is not fast food..

The customer service was appalling. Extremely upset with how I was treated. I am a college student. A classmate and I were studying and we decided to go to BK to study, and eat. We wanted to study for a bit before eating as we were not that hungry. After about 15 minutes of sitting their an employee came up to us and told us we have to order something or leave in a very rude tone with attitude. I explained to her that we will but we are in the middle of something and will order in a little bit. After I told her that she didnt leave but she stood there and continued to stare me down and give me a horrible look. She stood there and told me to order or leave. It was always our intention to eat there. I have no issue with them asking us to eat. It was about her attitude and the way she talked to us. There was zero respect shown and was very condensending.
We did nothing but sit there for a few minutes and explained nicely that we will eat. I am a person of color and I have to think that it did play a part. There was nothing in our interaction to give a reason for the look and disrespect she gave us.
I have never had any issues like this at any other place. This employee has no care or understanding of how to treat customers. Needless to say I wont go this Burger King again or any Burger King.
