My roommate went to Casey on Hamilton Boulevard in Sioux City Iowa he try get gas at the pump with his bank card he had $200.00 on his card the pump said he had interference funds on his card He went inside to store the cashier got rude to him the manager wasn’t there so he said he won’t never go to Casey anymore

I went to use my debit card at the pump at 1409 Hamilton blvd in Sioux City and it stole
My money off my card 56.46 toke my money and it said inefficiency funds do not use your debit card at ther pumps at all this store try’s to steel your money

i went in to buy ONs and the guy had no idea what he was doing and then he automatically forced me to round up for charity. i didn’t have time to get a refund. horrible service.

I hate writing sad reviews.
When it comes to a gas station or stores that I love going to
But today was my last straw. They supposed to open at 5.
But today
They didn't open on time.
She was mopping tapped on the glass, and I pointed to my watch to see what time they open because they open at 5 and I had to leave. Because I was already late so today, I am going out with what I need so I'm going back to my old gas station. That is open on time. And I had to pay a little more
But it is okay because I do not trust Casey's anymore. Because you never know if they're open and there were like 15 cars pulling in and turning around and leaving because they weren't open and the sad part they just built this store and is going to be like Castleman.
All the business that they lose, because they weren't open on time. But I still go there late afternoons.
And sometimes at night.
But I have to give Casey's a one star for this

1:45 on a Sunday afternoon went in to get pizza.there was 1 piece and looked old ask about pepperoni pizza as she is rotating the othoer hot box of sandwiches and chicken she said i have orders i have to do it will be at least 20 min. Before i get pizza out there !! I left went to Kum n Go employees are friendlier and they had everything i wanted

Every person in the kitchen making food with long hair did not have a hair net or their hair even pulled back to a ponytail. The guy who made my pizza had his hair hanging all over his shoulders and chest so I'll be surprised if when I get home if this pizza doesn't have a hair in it. I saw him set the single foods in the warmer for people to buy and as he carried them all his hair was hanging all over their containers. Pretty gross

I ordered a pizza and a few items from Casey's to be delivered. The dasher forgot my pizza and then refused to return immediately to pick it up. The store manager at Casey's delivered the pizza to my home along with coupons for a free pizza and cheese sticks!! Thank you do much for going above and beyond to make this customer happy! The dasher was reported by me to Doordash, because that was poor service on his part. Claryssa

This used to be a decent place to make a quick stop for gas or a soda, but even that has become a chore at this particular location. The past few months the customer service has hit absolute rock bottom. At one point a clerk even put the gas I prepaid to the wrong pump, and when I came in to find out why it wasn't letting me pump it she realized what she had done, notices someone at the pump she sent it to was pumping the gas she had sent to it, and had the nerve to say "that lady over there stole your gas" and acted like it was MY problem to fix her mistake.At this point even if I'm right next door to the place I will still drive to a different location because it's simply not worth dealing with. Half the time the line is moving so slow I would be out sooner by driving to a different place, anyway.
