It took nearly 45 minutes for somebody to come ask us if we needed any assistance. Once they did come over they were very helpful and very informative they also helped measure to ensure that I was able to get it in to the doors that I have. Only other pieces if it didn't ask me what day I wanted it delivered they just made the assumption on the day to have it delivered.
