Your online booking doesn’t work. You say you have a car and time and then get a phone call sorry we can’t do that. This is not the first time I had an issue with this location.

Policy listed in the rentals terms are not accurate. They make it extremely difficult for peoplewithout of state drivers license to try to make it to the airport. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. And when you call for assistance they are not customer and solution based. Apparently they will allow debit card rentals with a ticketed itinerary but not for one way rentals to the airport.

Made a reservation for a car only to be called on the day of the reservation they don’t have a car for me. How can you make a reservation for a car that they don’t have?Update: response emailed to me 4 days after emailing the email address in the response to my review:Thank you for being a member of Enterprise Plus. Your loyalty is important to us!The system is supposed to be smart enough to keep customers and agents from making a reservation when we don't have a vehicle. It obviously didn't work and I apologize.I can assure you that it is never our intention to disappoint a valued customer, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and experience. We believe the best ways we have to measure our success and identify areas within our company that are in need of improvement are through comments and feedback we receive from our customers. I'm assuming that the majority of renters had the same issue I had about them not having cars available. What's the point of setting up a reservation if there isn't any cars available?!

We reserved an SUV a couple of months ahead of our trip. The day we were scheduled to pick it up, Enterprise called and said that the SUV had just been returned with a cracked windshield. They then offered us a minivan that was half the cost, easier to load/unload, and much more fuel efficient. The minivan worked out great! And all of the employees who we met were courteous and easy to work with. We'll be back!

The location was decorated nicely for some contest they were having and smelt good. I was greeted upon entering. Only one person working so there was a wait. The choice of small compact cars was slim but that is the size I chose when I reserved the car so that decision was on me.

Unfair Practices & Deceptive Tactics ExperiencedI am writing to express my disappointment and concern over a recent car rental experience I had with your company. I collected the car from your Sioux City location on July 24, and returned it to your Rapid City location on July 31.Upon collection of the vehicle, I was dismayed to find that it had not been cleaned properly. The car's exterior was visibly streaked with dust and dirt in several places from a quick wash. To my surprise, upon closer examination, I identified several minor dents and scratches which were effectively camouflaged by the dirt. I find this extremely unsettling as it can mislead customers into believing the car is free from any pre-existing damages.Adding to this, there was a noticeable chip on the windshield that the Sioux City office did not mention during the pre-rental inspection. This, in my view, underscores either a lack of thoroughness in assessing the car or a deliberately deceptive practice.Throughout the rental period, the vehicle was well-protected and not exposed to any damaging weather conditions, with the only notable weather being thunderstorms, devoid of any hail, yet tried to get me to take responsibility for hail damage at the Rapid City location.It seems inappropriate to me that the Enterprise company places the burden on customers to meticulously document a vehicle's condition prior to taking possession. The expectation that customers should spot the most minor imperfection, particularly when concealed by dirt and grime, is both unrealistic and unfair.In light of these concerns, I find myself questioning the integrity of these business practices and am left feeling deceived by this experience. I sincerely hope that this is an isolated incident and not indicative of a broader trend within the Enterprise company.I kindly request that Enterprise thoroughly investigate this matter, and any necessary steps will be taken to prevent such situations from recurring. Until such assurance is given, I am left with no choice but to reconsider my future engagements with Enterprise Car Rental.

Great service all the way ! Very helpful during pickup and walkthrough. 5 hours before I needed to return it, I wanted to change drop-off to Omaha to catch a plane - no problem, it took less than 2 minutes to get it sorted and I was on my way !

Never rent here the customer service skills are horrible and make so sense. I rented a car here on the 26th of June. My mom called a week ahead to make the reservation. We put it under my moms name and gave them our information. My mom said to the person on the phone that we were gonna pay with my debt card and I’m only 20 years old. The person on the phone said that should not be a problem. So when we get there that morning of the 26th they tell us we can’t rent the car from them because the card I was using and the persons name it was under were different and I’m only 20 years old. But then proceeded to say but if you transfer money from one person’s account to the other that we could still get it. Which makes no sense I am still the one paying for that car. I just gave the money to someone else. My mom doesn’t have Venmo or any of those apps so my sister who is 25 who is coming with us had to take over the reservation and then we had to go through the process of transferring money. Eventually we got to get the car. Then we leave and they call us 20 minutes later after we are already put far behind schedule from the whole situation we have to go back and move our car when they saw us park there and decided not to say anything before we left. The people at the counter were far less then helpful or understanding. Very poor customer service skills. I’ve been in customer service for 5 years and if I was to treat customers like this I would be fired. If I could give zero stars I would. Fix this.

0/5.Warning to renters:Ask the person who is doing the initial walkthrough to use all their available tools. I was held liable for damage that likely happened before I rented the car.They have a large disk that can show damage to the vehicle that they did not bring out until I returned the vehicle. The vehicle had large amounts of pre existing damage to the vehicle outside of what they claimed happened during the rental term.In the future (if I am forced to rent here again) I will likely get the full coverage and not worry about how I treat the vehicle while I use it, or the condition I return it in.
