I thought the staff was helpful. Wanted a game not in stock and was unfamiliar where the other store was and was told it could be delivered in a few days to my home. I ordered and paid Jan 2nd. Today is 11th and I get an email saying it's at post office. I call post office, staff did not put my apartment number in the address. I've emailed game stop twice wondering when this would arrive. 10 days is not a few days. Not putting my address in correctly was laziness. Very disappointed. Also realized I was charged for something I didn't agree to. Won't be returning .

I bought a Xbox battery pack that was broken and a broken key board in box/sealed. Then I did what anyone els would do in this situation and arrange a refund well apparently they don’t do refunds on opened packages even know the guy said I could refund it if the product was broken. Moral of the story is I don’t fw game stop anymore

Brett does does not follow the companies 7 day return plan.He gave my son a " trade in value " when he should have been given a full refund.Original purchase was for $66 , gave him $18 credit and made $44 profit then acted like he was in the right .He has on multiple times up charged me for items I did not agree to purchase ( power up plan / insurance) We will NOT be back

The guys at Game stop are the best. Answering questions talking to my son and telling him everything he needs to know about Give nights at Freddy's. This momma knows nothing about.

Amazing layout. It's easy to get to, near the Xbox part of the store. The Oculus part the PS part and the switch and it had a play testing thing which is pretty cool

Michael should really learn some customer service skills. Definitely recommend speaking to someone other than him. Should focus more on his job than his customer's parenting skills when it comes to rocking a baby.

Guy that helped me making an uninformed purchase was very knowledgeable and walked me through all my questions so I knew I was getting my kids the right items they were waiting.
