ordered 17000 of new kitchen cabinets, the salesman shows a picture of them going all the way to the ceiling they get here and nope 6" short, his answer was well you signed off on it!well guess im telling everyone your customer service!trim pieces missing, had to glue 2 cabinets that the glue hadnt held! total s*^t show! not impressed johnny wilson!!

We bought a new washer and dryer from this store and purchased the warranty on both. My dryer stopped working and a claim was filed on June 6th. The 3rd party repair technicians never came to my house but ordered the part for the dryer, which got delivered yesterday July 7th. Called the technician to let them know and they said they will "put us on tbe list" and that they are weeks behind. The warranty is useless.

Doing anything with flooring with this place is absolutely worthless. Their system is extremely outdated. Did our upstairs early 2020 and our downstairs this past December. If it wasn’t for free carpet install, I never would have done it. It all turned out great thanks to the installers that were hired by Home Depot but the experience with HD themselves was awful. When we did upstairs I spent a total of 8 hours back in the store discussing their screwups and items I never ask

Highly recommend finding a Menards or even Lowe’s. This is been the worst experience I ever had at a retail store. After waiting for over 15 minutes they tell me they will not except my check! Absolute joke I will never waste my time shopping at the Sioux City Home Depot again.

Poor customer service. Lady started talking to me like I was d**** I ordered online for instore pick up. Called twice after and they never told me that the product was not in stock until I go to pick it up and find out they do not have. Waste of my time and the store employees were no help. Very disappointed and upset.

How this place stays in business is beyond me. I laugh when I read the reviews on their website and know that someone is paying them or are having their relatives write them because their service and treatment to their customers/employees is deplorable! I can never find anyone in this place to help me or they are to busy talking between themselves to provide assistance. Previous staff employees have shared that the communication is poor and they are expected to work close to

I went to Home Depot this morning to look for a railing for my outdoor steps for my house. When I got there I walked around for nearly 40 minutes and had seven employees walk right past me without asking me if they could help me find what I'm looking for. I was Intentionally looking around to see if they would ask me if they could help me find something and no one ever did. Finally someone directed me to I'll 20 and I found the item I needed. However when I got there there was a large cart with lumber that was blocking the aisle. I just left the cart over and slip by and was looking at my part when I realized that a forklift was coming into the aisle to do some work. The two employees on the forklift stop and just looked at me with disgust that I would walk into their work area. Instead of coming over and asking me if they could help me so I could buy my product and leave they just stood in the aisle with their hands on their hips with their disfavored disgust look at me until I finally said screw it I will go to another store.

Not likely to ever use their services since I do this for a living. Our company uses them and I'm telling you that your appliances WILL be damaged by the time they make it in your home.
