I went in to get a promotion that they were showing online. The guy that was running the store. The store manager was very nice. He was handled it very professional, but the lady that he had with him, I don’t know who she was. She had brown hair. She was very rude as she was walking off from us. She says not our store or not our store and then proceeded to come up and as he was talking to me interrupted and was still being rude. I understand that you guys don’t have that promotion that I was asking for but how the employee was responding to it was not OK.

Jaw drop! I called at 2:06 pm on a Sunday afternoon to have fruit plates delivered to a family who is gathering with a family member who will leave this earth soon. My phone shows a 6 minute call to work through and pay for this order. After hanging up around 2:12, I received a thank you text from my friend at 2:38. In 26 minutes the order was completed and delivered. Amazing. Thank you.

As Hyvee stores go, this is the worst. Seems like the staff is asleep at the wheel when it comes to keeping the shelves stock and the quality of produce up. The Chinese food is the worst in Sioux City, the cafeteria food was horrible, until recently, now it is average at best. Much is left over and reheated for unknown number of days. The prices are overpriced but thats consistent with all haven't.

Decent store but went in there for burgers and a side. Guy at the deli counter gave us the wrong burgers but put the label for the burgers we wanted on the package and put the wrong label for our side on the mushrooms we got causing us to pay $2 more than what we should had been charged for said side.

I hate hyvee. Just once I’d love to be able to come to a shop and get all my items in one trip. But yet again. Just like every other hyvee This hyvee can’t seem to keep their shelves stocked.

Will not redeem lottery tickets that weren’t sold at the location as per their service manager.
So much for “employee owned” grocery stores, no wonder every one shops at Fareway and Walmart in Iowa
