This location needs to do something about the parking lot. It is extremely frustrating to buy groceries only to have the carts wheel stack in a hole or crack on your way to your car and having to pick up all the groceries that went flying from the ground. They are cruising for a lawsuit.And as the HyVee response suggested, I called. And I was told they will make a note of that.

Let's boycott Hy-vee since they've decided to add NUMEROUS self check-out registers. making their bottom line all about profit before people. Disappointing service for the citizens of Iowa who shop at Hy-vee. Take your business to a company that chooses customer service over the almighty dollar.

I came in for breakfast and it’s been 45 mins and I still don’t have my food. This is the second time I’ve waited this long and the last. Servers are nice but this place isn’t half full and the wait is definitely not worth it.

Just left because the Pepsi distributor was at a competitor and I asked where I could find the new Mountain Dew. He told me he just stocked it at this location. We drove out of our way to get it. It didn’t ring up as the sign said. No one would make this right I don’t know if it was because of my mask or the way I look ( tattoos, and spooky glasses) but I’m not paying $20 for soda. Real nice Hy Vee

Very easy to order and must get a new cup for refills. The food was plentiful and I felt like it was a home cooked meal.

I have been a customer since moving to SC in 2012. Lately, Hyvee Aisles on Line has TERRIBLE service. The last 2 times I ordered, even though I indicated they could pick substitutions, they simply didn't give me any item if they didn't have the exact item. Today I picked up my order a little after 4 pm. I got home and I had someone else's order. I called the store and the assured me that someone would deliver my correct order to my home in about 90 minutes. At 8 pm I had not heard anything, so I called the store again and everyone in the Aisles On Line department has gone home. I talked to a manager who was on duty and got the impression that she really didn't care that my order wasn't filled. I will be going in tomorrow to get a refund, because I've charged for the groceries I haven't received AND I will be taking my grocery business elsewhere....probably Fareway. Hyvee....You really have got to fix your customer service in the Aisles On Line department. I want to add to my post. I called back this morning, Monday and was able to speak with Ricardo (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly) who was professional, caring, who HEARD my concerns and complaint and who offered to take care of it. I genuinely felt he cared that I become a satisfied customer AND I also felt he cares that he and the store retain my business. He offered a remedy to the situation and followed through on it, on time, called me back to tell me what the plan was and asked me specifically to call and let HIM know that I have received my grocery order. Thank you for your incredible customer service Ricardo. I hope that the management at Hyvee praises you for the great job you do AND my hope is that they will train the other managers to handle problems as completely and timely as you do, and instill in those employees that they MUST MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL VALUED, especially when we are not satisfied. Thank you again.
