“It was so nice and clean, with a friendly , helpful worker that welcomes you and refreshments to buy. tables for folding were clean and lots of laundry carts to use.”
“They always do a good job with my shirts they're affordable and friendly never a long wait. Great place to do business seems like it might be family run because they know how to give customer service.”
“Huge thanks to the River City Laundry team for making the switch from the old system to the new one quick and effortless. They responded promptly and handled my request at lightning speed—and definitely not the usual 24-72 hour wait! This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had, whether by text or in general.”

“Very easy to use because of self service and convenient location. I've been here numerous times to use the washing machines and they've always worked well. The car wash cleans cars well, 10/10”

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I did not know what to expect, having never been here before, but it was wonderful. Quiet on a Tuesday morning and very clean. I did not feel weird about the random sock I dropped on the ground, and the attendant even mopped the entire floor while I was here. The machines were easy to use and there were signs everywhere explaining how everything worked. The Laundry Cat app was easy to use (to pay with my card vs a laundry card/cash) and the wash and dry times weren't as long as I thought they might be. Overall, a great time doing a chore I don't enjoy to begin with.”
