Went in looking for wall anchors. Ended up walking out with different anchors then planned thanks to advice from an employee. Recommended product was less expense and worked great.

If i could give 0 stars I would trying to get an appliance that we spent over 2k on seems like impossible. First we order our stackable washer and gas dryer online because it seemed easier and there was a discount for the holidays. With a comfirmation email and a delivery and install date set up all we had to was wait or so we thought. We get an email the week before we were expecting them to arrive saying our payment was some how declined.The payment was still pending in our account so no way it could be declined. We told our bank to allow it to go through called customer service at lowes and they sent another confirmation email saying we were good to go. Two days later my wife gets another email saying the payment is declined and we just decide to cancel that order and go into the store so there is no confusion. We place the new order at the store where it is more expensive due to the holidays being over. We get a physical receipt and are told that the installer will contact us to set up a time to deliver and install. Three days go by and my wife gets a text telling us that our order is going to be delivered that day with no time frame. This is the day the original order was set to be delivered so we call and get told it still needs paid for because it is the original order. We tell them that one was canceled and we need to know when our actual order will be arriving we get told that following friday. Morning of that following friday and we get a text with no time frame so lose sleep for work to find out when they will be showing up which they never do. The installer calls and asks if it had been delivered and we were told the installer would deliver and install it. He then states that he would need to get ahold of his dispatch and get a box truck so he will call me back which he never does. Then we call and set up the delivery for tomorrow. We were told that it would be delivered tomorrow 1/14/2025 so we call the installers dispatch to figure out what time it would be and we were told that the delivery was never set up. We then called and canceled this order as well and were told we would be refunded. I will never order another appliance from lowes ever again because of the headache this has all been.

Several helpers, they tried to help me, no true item found for my dishwasher. They had no knowledge of a small dwell side washer. I had to show a picture. Polite worker. Just wish they had the part. It's a hard part to find.

We are getting ready for a kitchen remodel, bought some things in preparation. Turns out we could not use a major appliance that we had purchased. It is still in the box and we had never touched it. We wanted to trade in for what we needed. They said they could not help us because it has been past the 30 days which is their return policy. This is fair, they also had a chance to help a customer and declined, which also makes this review fair
