Tried to deliver my washer with a dent in the side. The delivery guys were very nice and pointed it out to me..but now I have to wait to get a new one. I'm not paying for a brand new washer with a dent in the side.

I called the store and spoke to Linda B. and asked if they had any gas powered snow blowers left. She said they had 4 to chose from and I told her I would stop in. When I arrived and was looking at the snow blowers Linda came over and asked if I was the one who had called and I said yes. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I decided to purchase one and she made everything easy and fast. I really appreciate the great customer service!!

If I could show a negative score I would. Lowe's has horrible customer service. 2 yrs ago we tried to buy a $4500 double wall oven. We had several issues from the oven coming in to the installer quitting....we called daily and of course could not speak to a human. Promised we would get a return call...NEVER got a call. In the end several weeks into the process we were granted a refund. We vowed to not shop there again. Fast forward 2 yrs and my husband was given a large Christmas ornament from his staff, the next day he had shoulder replacement surgery (4 days prior to Christmas) then our area was hit with 22 inches of snow with 45 mph winds over the next 2.5 weeks. Finally a decent day and we tried to return the gift as there is no way it would survive our rural winter winds. Guess what.....they won't take it back. It is after the holiday...no kidding.... shoulder replacement surgery and 2.5 weeks of blizzard conditions, it was pretty much impossible to return before then. Nope, did not even blink an eye...nope no return, that's it. The lack of customer service is horrible. I understand there are rules but there are always exceptions. NEVER EVER AGAIN!. We are building a new home and will not be setting foot in this Lowe's store.

Bought brand new Whirlpool fridge for $2599.03 and the ice stopped dispensing due to faulty auger about a year later. Of course, Lowe’s will do nothing unless you bought the protection plan, but they will peddle subpar products at premium retail price. I have gone to step two, which is contacting Whirlpool. My guess is that will end in a similar way and I will end up purchasing a repair service. Cannot say I recommend Lowe’s or Whirlpool.

I bought an TV stand/fireplace, the box was covered in black oily soot. Looked like it sat in a garage with a diesel running for a year, I made them clean it off before I'd buy it. The gal at the register couldn't believe they'd even bring something out to a customer looking like it did.

I had a lumber return that I didn't have a receipt for. I called the store in advance and was told that I would receive a store credit. Upon arrival and unloading the lumber, the store manager had to override the return. The store manager came to the area and said she wouldn't approve the return without a receipt. This goes against what someone at the return counter stated when I called ahead of time. This was a total lack of communication and so unprofessional of the store manager. She was not friendly or nice about the experience. I had to then reload the lumber back in my truck. I would highly recommend going to another store in the area. I have never experienced this with their competitors.

The inflatables were a hit with the kiddos at the trunk or treat that had to be moved inside due to the weather.

This Low's needs to work in their inventor. My husband drove to this location, because it did show the product was in stock. We purchased online and still said it was available. When we got to the place they didn't have it. Corporate needs to get a better inventory system. Awful experience!!!

Angela was FANTASTIC help several times. Found what we needed but very frustrated to have to look for an associate for some time whenever we needed help. Most were great help for us!
