Horrible customer service at the custom frame counter. Told them the dimensions. Still progressed to open up an expensive print and put creases in it die to objects on the counter top that was to small for the print. Then after 20 minutes of playing in the computer was told they couldn't do it due to them having to cut plexiglass glass ( what part of custom says a cut wouldn't be involved?) and if they could do the cut, the frame alone would be over 500 dollars. Went and bought a piece of plexiglass for 30 dollars and 80 in frame and backing material. Grand total 110 dollars and about 2 hours of my time.

I’m tired of ordering what shows as in stock only to get an email later that says it was cancelled b/c it’s out of stock or just not hearing from them at all. Frustrating.

Selection wasn't great. Looks like they either have been cleaned out or haven't had time to stock what they have. Not bad though. Store was clean and quiet.

Their online shop is horrible. I made an order for the first time and I will never do one again. It was all good at first and they took the charge. Then I got emails stating that some items were ready for pick up and some had been shipped. Well turns out that most of my order had been cancelled by them with no notice what so ever. I had to go to their costumer crevice to find out that items were out of stock. They first chose to charge me for the items, then issued a refund because items were not in stock. The site did not say anything about having most of their items sold out.

Worst costumer service, a employee and a manager would get so annoyed if we ask a question about a price or something, and then they would go gossip like high school girls talking about us, so awful what a horrible experience.

The last two orders I placed took over 2 and 3vweeks to ship. However, the website indicated the all items were in stock and were scheduled to be delivered prior to the order dates!!! Really unhappy! If you don't have the items don't advertise that you do and at the very least open a customer service department that can assist the customers. The only answer I was given was to the orders were shipped (even though the shipping number never indicated the order had been received by the carrier?)!! What happened?? It's so disappointing to know you can't trust a store you have counted on for years. Can't recommend online shopping with Michaels ever again.

The employee who checked me out was not very helpful. I was trying to use and online coupon code and I gave up and just paid regular price for my purchase. I would sincerely suggest she receieve or repeat classes in customer service.
