Marie is the sweetest lady. She has helped me month after month with letting me be a little late, or sometimes very late, on payments. I've been trying to get my life together and money is always tight. But Marie is never anything but nice, positive and respectful, even when I got grumpy once (which I felt bad doing but was under alot of stress). The units are clean and I have not had any problems or issues. Recommend 100%
