Need better attitude from their staff. The store does not look like a professional operation, and the stack should have a more uniform appearance and a customer first attitude. Likely needs new management, real management not promoted stock room or sales people.
I leave next to no reviews on businesses, good or bad. But they pissed me off today, and lost out on a $1000 plus sale. We will not ever shop at the business, local or any other locations, and of course everyone will here about our experience today.
No need to reach out or respond, I will not waste my time on Petco anymore.

I have a well established fish tank that had over $200 worth of fish in it for over 2 years when I thought I'd buy a few mollies from here. Well that was a terrible idea because after 5 days all my fish died off including the fish from this store. I've tested my water and had it tested else ware and guess what it was perfect as it should be since I have quite a few tanks with no loss ever. Called to tell them to check their tanks and it doesn't sound like anyone there knows anything about fish. So beware their fish are not safe for your tank!

Saltwater aquariums were full of bristleworms, cyano, one had a dying anemone, and another a tand that looked very unhealthy. There are a few dead bettas in their display. Was standing in saltwater and was ignored by two employees, while a supervisor/manager stood in the office watching. Very poor customer service, even for a petco

Will only being going to Amy for grooming for now on. I have had some bad experiences and frustration grooming experiences with my husky mix especially concerning her nails, she wiggles a lot. With winter being her, I needed to get her undercoat loosened and her nails trimmed. I came into the salon and was greeted even though she was on the phone and was told she would be with me in a moment. After check in, she asked me if I had anything specific I wanted done, I explain as I have so many times before that my dog is very wiggly about her nails and I couldn't care less if the back ones got done as long as the front ones did. Amy acknowledged that and stated she always tries to start with the front anyways and will make sure she does. She then came around the counter and got down on the floor to feel my dog's coat and get acquainted. I really appreciated this as my dog is friendly but new environments like grooming salons can make her nervous. My dog happily went back with Amy which was a shock for me as every other salon I have had to walk back with her because she will refuse to move anywhere without me. At pick up only two hours later, Amy walked me through my dog's report card and let me know how she did. She did explain it took two people to do her nails so it would be best to book appointments in the morning during the week to make sure there was the staff there to do her nails which I appreciated the heads up. My dog's coat and nails looked nice and she didn't seem as nervous or anxious as she normally did after grooming appointments. I will definitely be returning.

As the saying goes, if i could leave zero stars I would but nonetheless i only give them one star. About 10-15 years back i had an issue with this business with my past dog who required a haircut, i would always find scars from the electrical shaver they would use and my dog would always lick her wounds and ended up getting better service at PetSmart by singing hills. Fast forward to now, i own a Husky which doesn’t require haircut only a brush and bath. I moved back a few years ago and the first appt i had an issue with 2 out of the 3 groomers(Mollie W and Brianna R), they did not want to take my dog in as appt i made with them was at 4 and they were closing soon and they required more time for him being a husky and too hairy- eventually after enough push back the 2 groomers agreed to take him (keep in mind they made that appt with me so if they needed more time they shouldn’t have let me schedule at 4 and also they send out/call out confirmation 24 hours before so if they were really concerned they should have done something then not when i arrived at the time for appt) the 3rd groomer (Kari S) i schedule out of whim to not let the other 2 groom my dog in case they take it out on him because of being irritated with me, his owner. Well passed 3 time I noticed he would become so stressed out the moment we reached the door and when he saw the groomers he would pull back so hard (which he never does) and would cry out, when i would pick him up he would try to jump over the gate (again never did that before) i realized it wasn’t normal of him to act like that when generally he doesn’t even know where he is going but as long as he got a car ride he’s always so excited. I recently went to another groomer in Omaha and my dog was back to normal, excited to be dropped off, excited someone else took the leash, all in all he was 100% fine and when i picked him up he was even playing with his groomer. Safe to say I would rather spend money to drive an hour out to get my dog groomed by someone better and nicer to animals no matter how much tip you leave. If you come here for a grooming appointments i HIGHLY recommend to not let Mollie W, Kari S and Brianna R to go anywhere near your animal. I’ll give Kari S the benefit of the doubt no sure what’s going on behind those doors cause first time my dog did like her but something is going on in that place and i rather be a big tipper somewhere else where it’s truly appreciated

This place is a dump, everything including the animals seemed very neglected, we went to PetSmart instead and it was better, but not by much.
