I checked in for a shower, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready or cleaned. About four of the cubicles still hadn’t been cleaned. I waited five minutes, then asked the staff cleaning the showers why they weren’t being cleaned and why there were no clean towels. They told me, “If we have clean towels, we’ll clean them and you can go wash.”
I walked down the hall a few times, and then a staff member named Amy ran up to me and asked why I was watching the staff clean. I explained that I wasn’t watching them, just walking around, but she still accused me and kicked me out of the hall. Amy was unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional.

I had to update this, after 3 tries to prepay at the counter, when we mentioned that fact and that half of the pumps aren’t working the snarky lady at the pumps told us we could go somewhere else. Great job Pilot. If I could give negative stars I would this place is terrible. No bathrooms and then we prepay for $75 diesel and only get $69. When you prepay for an amount that’s what you should get Then trucker pulls ahead to the yellow line and 30 minutes later he’s still not out. Not having a shorty or going to the bathroom because they aren’t working at a truck stop. Last time I’ll stop at one and hopefully others see this and stay away

Good truck stop very tight parking lot, try to make it here before 9 pm for less complicated backing into a parking space

The shower #3 was not clean. No shampoo. The door lock was broken. A wall hook was broken etc.
Showers definitely need renovation.

I visit this pilot quite frequently as a truck driver. I find the graveyard employees to be pretty awesome people. They always say good morning or ask how I'm doing. 1 thing I don't understand is why they shut down ALL of the coffee machines at the same time while they are cleaning them? I know that seems petty but I need some hot coffee at 3 AM lol. Thanks, pilot Employees I truly appreciate ya.

7.08.2025 a young blond guy was working, he pretended to be working when people came out of the shower, the souls remained uncollected until they were completely dry, and the drivers waited in line for two hours

This Pilot is definitely low on my favorites list. The truck parking is always a s**t show if you get here in the late afternoon. The showers? Ugh. Water pressure is fantastic, but the cleanliness is non-existen! I actually felt more filthy after I was done.

Shower's are in terrible shape and out of 3 times in one week attempting to fuel there I had to go inside to get pump activated all 3 times because there pumps are in terrible shape also, definitely doing something else for a fuel stop in this area!!!!
