Travel a lot and in from out of town visiting family. This PF is EXTREMELY clean! Adam and crew are friendly, upbeat, and know my 87yo mom who works out here twice a week by name! They really are the VERY BEST!

Club is clean, staff is friendly and greets you by name. I had one issue at the club, but Hannah immediately rectified the issue and made sure I was happy.

Friendly staff and clean facilities (rare in this city). Wish they had more weight lifting options (benches, more racks, higher dumbbells, etc) and less treadmills but that’s a PF business model thing and not specific to this branch. They do great here!

The manager Hana is unable to train her staff properly and run the gym with any training. Would be a good gym and maybe people would want to work out there longer than 6 months.

Adam at the Hamilton Blvd. Planet Fitness in Sioux City, IA is the most kind staff member! He always says Hello and asks how I have been even if I have been gone for a few weeks or months. He makes me feel seen and cared about! The facility is always clean, cleaning supplies are always readily available to wipe machines down with, women's restrooms always have toilet paper and kleenex. I tell everyone about Adam! His customer service is rare and he is exceptional!!!
