I've never been to this store but I just received an order from them that I bought online. Two pairs of pants still had the security tags on them. Please pay attention to this type of stuff when shipping clothes to customers out of state. Every town doesn't have a Rue 21 but luckily we have them here in Kansas City.

Staff here are super amazing and incredibly helpful. My advice...ask for Arlene she knows her stuff!!! Be careful tho. These girls know how to up sale! Great experience all around!

I worked for rue21 briefly, in the two and half months I worked there I had both the best and the worst management. It used to be so family oriented and genuinely career worthy. Now, You have absolutely no job security, the district manager has effectively crippled two stores in her region while blaming it on staff. She is hiring friends and old coworkers and throwing the current employees out the door. It’s an embarrassing look for rue21. The clothing is cheap and crusty just like the management ?? Shop at torrid, American eagle, or even hot topic before shopping at rue.

Absolute trash. I used to work here. the environment USED to be amazing, great coworkers, amazing Manager, etc. however, since the new district manager came, she fired out store manager for no reason, when she used to be one of the top for sales. To fire a manager that works for the PEOPLE, instead of MONEY, its absolutely ridiculous. Ever since bre arrived the store has been TRASH. It’s not as clean as it used to be. The store setup hasn’t change in forever. And not to mention SO many people have quit since bre has been in charged. She’s a too faced rat. Smiles in your face and stabs you in the back.

I used to work for this company! It used to be great but now, not so much. Upper management (District manager BREE specifically) bullies store manager and associates. district manager FIRED the store manager who was assaulted while on the clock to get rid of an “HR nightmare” instead of protecting someone vulnerable, she took away that persons ability to feed themself. I won’t stop contacting this company’s corporate offices until everyone associated with the incident is fired, especially you bree.
