Driving cross country, had an issue with the engine. They were able to squeeze us in and get us out in the same day. Super grateful for their willingness to work with us and get us out so fast.

We are traveling from Florida to Washignton State for a military move. Our vehicles engine light came on in the middle of nowhere. I called this dealership and Erica and their team got us in and rolling all in a few hours. Thank you for everything.

I took my car there to get it fixed and I was less then happy with my service and the way the employees felt that they could treat me based on my race. The put a bunch of dents in my cars hood from repeatedly slamming my hood. They left my hood open when I got the car back and then had the audacity to tell me that I broke the car when it had no other problems then the one that I wanted fixed at the time. They then told me that way somebody of my color would be happier going to a shop run by my own kind. By far the worst service and treatment I’ve ever had from a company that supposedly cares so much about there customer service and care it’s definitely not true I wouldn’t recommend that anyone go here.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Sioux City Ford! The sales team is very knowledge and very helpful to make the buying process easy! The service team has always had my service work done in a timely manner and helpful in explaining everything to me, even with my non-Ford vehicles! Thank you Sioux City Ford!

If I could give zero stars I would! I took my car in for a recall that they called me about to fix. I get my car back, and they didn't put it back together correctly. So I made them come and get it to fix the problem, and I get it back same day and it's still not fixed. I emailed pictures at their request at 12:40pm and was told at 5:40 over a text that the technician had gone home for the day now and he'll get back to me tomorrow. I only got that text because I had called twice demanding to speak with Koby. This is the second time Ford has screwed up my car on a recall. The last time they were doing one my car wasn't drivable, and I had to basically demand a rental. They just expected me to find a ride home, a ride to get my kids from school, and a ride to work the next day. Even though THEY broke my car fixing a recall. I would NEVER recommend this place ever!!! I will drive to Woodhouse Ford in Blair before I come here ever again.

Long story short, I wanted one rear shock mount replaced for the clunk. They tried giving me a "deal" of 1k out the door for both rear shocks and mounts including an alignment. Charged me $145 to "diagnose" an issue that i did not ask for. I called for them to do what i needed. Replace a mount. $170 later, nothing was done to my car so I told them to get it out of their shop and I bought the part from O'Reilly for 60 and installed it in my driveway. If only they would be an honest buisness instead of trying to sell shocks to a guy who just had new ones installed. ?

terrible experience. i'd not recommend their 'budget lot' to anyone. drove 6 hours one way to look at a car, only to find that the hood, and both front fenders had been replaced-- painted terribly, not clear coated, and were chipping like crazy. yet the car had a clear 'carfax' and was 'not in a wreck'. laughble. to top that off, the transmission was leaking, the interior smelt of mice droppings, and it needs a new timing belt-- all for 9k pre tax and fees. lovely. but hey, the salesman assured me that 'they wouldn't do me wrong' if the timing belt broke on the 6 hour drive home, and the motor catastrophically failed. yeah.. i'd believe that, just like i'd believe him when he said the car hadn't been in an accident.. and the transmission wasn't leaking, it was only 'transmission residue' 'according to the service writeup'. if the dude wouldve been more upfront w me before i went out there, instead of trying to hide xxxx, i would've have even gone.

If only I could give a zero. YEARSof an incompetent staff, nothing is ever done correctly. They canceled my appointments now twice in a row, weeks apart with not even 24 hour notice. Horrible experience literally every single time with different people telling you different information. A cluster. Would not recommend ever under any circumstance. Definitely take your vehicle and your business elsewhere, thank me later.

I called on 9-11-23 to schedule an oil change. I was told to just bring it in and they don’t turn anyone back. I have been going to this dealership since 2017 when I purchased my vehicle from them.On 9-12-23 I arrived at around 4:00 PM and asked if I could get an oil change. They told me that they wouldn’t be accepting anymore vehicles today and I was turned around.I walked away and asked if I could leave my vehicle there overnight. The supervisor said that it was his first day. He went back into maintenance area to check if that would be okay. He came out and said that would be okay.If I knew that I would have been turned away I would have left my vehicle there the night before. To say that you don’t turn anyone away and then turn them away is disappointing. Once you have purchased the vehicle from them they do not care, it’s that simple.

Still worst service department in town. Had issues in the 1990 when they were team ford, now they are just as bad. They had our car for 2 days and said they were unable to duplicate the issue. Wife drove it off the lot and had the issue twice within a block. Called service and were told our service writer “went home” and we were mysteriously disconnected on the phone. We wasted $180 for diagnostic for nothing, still having the same issue. Will probably have to trailer it to Omaha or Sioux Falls to get it fixed, since Sioux City ford is so incompetent. Also noticed the driver seat was moved and the radio volume was way up as if it was a joy ride instead of a test drive to determine issue. If I could give them less than one star I will. Don’t use this service department!

Stopped in today for an oil change and Tom took excellent care of me right away! I’ve never had a complaint coming here whether I’m being helped by service or the sales team. Everyone is super friendly and pays attention to your needs. Thank you Sioux City Ford Lincoln. I will continue my business here ❤️

It's been a little over a year and a half ago but I keep forgetting to post this review so I am doing it now. I brought in a new aftermarket key fob to them and asked them if they would program it for me. Shortly after I left they called me and said the key fob was a fake and that it couldn't be programmed and stated that it would cost me $150.00 to get one from them including the programing. I declined their offer and thank God I did because I took it to a different dealership and they programmed it for a lot cheaper with absolutely no issues whatsoever! It still works fine to this day. I feel that they 100% scammed me on purpose because I'm a woman in my thirties. Please watch out for this company!

Not being a Ford owner myself, I still take my vehicle here to be serviced without an issue. Timely manner, and great people to work with, whether quick lane advisors or the service advisors & the check out process is always smooth. Thanks Sioux City Ford!

Oh, I don’t even know where to begin not doing an oil change when supposed to selling a car with active safety recalls and declining that it has it when I asked about it when buying it. Trying to sell parts that I don’t need instead of fixing the actual issue so I was told it needed a slave cylinder, which is not a part on the electronic controlled clutch. The advisor said it must be inside the transmission somewhere they wanted to sell me a bunch of parts that they did not Not expect me to pull the transmission and prove to them that it is the TCM. They “reprogrammed” the TCM, and that’s when the transmission completely slipped out of gear and would not go back in leaving me and my daughter stranded on the interstate. I only had a couple shuttered shifts randomly it was driving just fine before I brought it in after I figured out there was recalls and programs that were not done on my car and they won’t cover it because the extended warranty from Ford ended last month
