What has happened to the great service that once was Sioux Muffler? Used them many times over the years and excellent results. Referred a friend to go there and she was treated not so well. Lady at front desk rude and offer no info. Shop was empty no customers around no mechanic could be seen. Turned away with a "Not today.", friend left with bad taste in her mouth for my referral of a "great shop". Shocked me. No more referrals from me, Sioux.

Great service before you even arrive! Honest! They actually wanted the problem to be fixed, regardless if they were going to make money or not. More businesses should follow their model of how to treat customers!

I got there 20 minutes early for my appointment and they got my car in and done by the time I was supposed to be there. Fast, efficient, and friendly! I will definitely use them in the future if I need exhaust repairs.

Fast service and reasonable prices. I booked a 1:00 p.m. appointment, brought my car in early before work and they were done by lunchtime even though they didn't have to be. Was recommended this place by the dealership for replacement of a flex pipe.
