Marques was great to work with. He answered all our questions and helped us really find the perfect bed and pillows. We are excitedly awaiting our new bed. The only reason I took a star away was due to the computer system being super slow. We spent just as much time waiting for the computer to catch up and complete the paper work and sale as we did trying all the beds and deciding on our purchase.

If I had known that the sales person who so charismatically sold me this bed would not be able to help me with ALL OF THE PROBLEMS that I have had after the purchase was finalized I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE! First problem: the bed started sliding off the base on week 2, second problem: the split top is widening a little more every day to the point that our bodies and our pillows are falling into “the abyss “ every night. Third issue: the lights underneath NEVER turn off. … sales people at the store cannot explain these issues and gave me the number to customer service, which is only open 8-5 making it almost impossible to handle since I am a nurse and have only 1 free hour each day to make these frustrating phone calls. I’m currently waiting for a replacement bed, but I’m concerned that my bed that was >$11,000 will literally be laying on the floor next to the base by then ? BOTTOM LINE: read the reviews before you purchase this bed!!

Our sales dude was very informative about the sleep number beds and made it easy on which one to buy. Really enjoyed the knowledge he had about each bed that we tried out. Would deal with again. ??
