My phone shows a 6 minute call to work through and pay for this order. After hanging up around 2:12, I received a thank you text from my friend at 2:38. “Not much customer service, more of a self-service, self checkout. Have all the basics and being from Europe they do source some store brand goodies that are good and a bargain. Prices generally good, some basics like milk are unbeatable. Nice cheese selection for the midwest if you are a bit adventurous. I will go again.”
