I'm a lil disappointed with the service. I wasn't asked for my pin to access my account. There was once I stepped in during lunch. A gentleman stepped out all the women were with the phone out for selfies. I waited for a lil while before they saw me waiting I had to say something.

Ever since Bob Hugh's and Cindy retired your customer service is terrible. I stopped by the new location its alright to charge me to do business, but make sure you don't need to use the restrooms because apparently we aren't good enough to use them.

What a horrible company. Learned today that Telco Triad has been charging me every month for what they call a "dormant account". I would not recommend this theiving bank.
