Honestly, Telco Triad turned out to be a huge letdown. The whole training part was just brutal – constant pressure, harsh criticisms – it felt like they were out to break you, not build you up. I was being mentally and emotionally abused more than once, it got so bad that I found myself in tears, questioning why I even signed up for this mess. And let's talk rules and regulations. Forget about it. But the real heartbreak came from HR. When I tried to voice how i was being treated they didn't care. HR and the teller line supervisor were buddies. Instead of addressing the problems, they came up a way to fire me with an unfair reason. And the way they treated customers, it's just disappointing. Overheard employees trashing customers the moment they walked away from the teller line. It's like they forgot what basic respect means. Telco Triad was all about tearing people down, breaking the rules, and disrespecting everyone in the process. Disappointing doesn't even begin to cover it. Never again working for them.

Telco Triad is so great to work with! I needed assistance late Friday evening after hours and I was not expecting a return call until Monday, however they reached out to me Saturday morning!! They were very kind and very helpful!

Deposited and didn't get a deposit slip per my choice but when I didn't see deposit next day got fearful that it could have been taken. Being able to text and get the results of they were deposited to my account kinda saved face..lol...nothing to fear Triad saved me from a bunch of tears...Thanks Triad Spencer!

You help me get log in was good but the real problem is I went to your office in Riverside and they had a sign up that said will be back shortly which is the third time this has happened so then I went to the one on Telco Triad and the paper said put in savings and they put it in checking you guys have some work to do Randy
