“Called them late in the day. Was asked if I could bring it in that day and they'd get on it that afternoon or tomorrow. They ended up finding a few more problems with my vehicle and were able to fix it the next day. Fast and friendly folks. Prices seemed reasonable with how quick the turnaround was. Will be coming back again.”

“1:15 into a long drive to Lawton, OK belt started chirping and battery light came on. Lucky to veer off the highway and find Bauer Built. Also lucky they were able to get me in pretty quick to change the serpentine belt on my 300,000 mile Acura TSX. Super pleasant staff- both office and tech. The coffee was important too. Thx.”

“Nail in my BMW X5 front tire just before 5:00pm, called them and they said they would make sure for the evening they would put the spare on so I could drive it home. Before 8:30 the next morning they had patched the original tire and will put it back on and spare tire back in the trunk all for under $40.
My dad brought his new Jaguar F-Type R convertible to fix a tire down there a few weeks ago and they took extreme care and caution when getting it on the lift and provided white glove service level work.
Highly recommend.”
