“Nail in my BMW X5 front tire just before 5:00pm, called them and they said they would make sure for the evening they would put the spare on so I could drive it home. Before 8:30 the next morning they had patched the original tire and will put it back on and spare tire back in the trunk all for under $40.
My dad brought his new Jaguar F-Type R convertible to fix a tire down there a few weeks ago and they took extreme care and caution when getting it on the lift and provided white glove service level work.

“Everyone here is absolutely amazing from the front of the house to the back!!! Genuine people and I love going places that shows real kindness and not forced bc I’m a customer. I came here 1.21.2026 at 10 am at 1029 my tire was changed and signature on the dotted line. lol they were finished with me before I finished drinking this great coffee. The branch manager is very deserving of his job. I thought he was like a regular worker. And Bill I like him, he like his job.”

“These folks are the best! I kid you not..hit off duty..got a nod that they were done changing the tire on my trailer..so when i hit back on duty it says 30 minutes off duty! Not saying youll be out in 30 mins yourself but if theyre not real busy they're definitely gonna take good care of you. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I can't not would I comment on their prices because I work for a mega carrier..they pay for it..and i wouldn't comment because prices change..tire type ..size..brand etc etc.. but im sure they are reasonable and competitively priced as my company is kinda picky who they use. Waiting area is real comfortable with tv and snack machines..lot better than most like the big heart guys. 😆 I'd highly recommend pomps..5 stars. Thanks guys!”
“July 7 2024 Sunday. Traveling through Norfolk pulling 5th wheel camper with boat behind. Had blown a camper tire and put the spare on and needed a new spare. This shop got us right in, had the right size tire, mounted and balanced and back on the road in 30 minutes. Outstanding service and grateful to this shop for helping us when we really needed it.
