I understand rules are rules. But when im 38 seconds late at closing and the guy is looking at me asking plesee can you just take kt it's all ready to go.... he rudely told me no because they are closedBro couldn't even figure out how to lock the door.... so as a person operating a small buissness by myself i need to get my goods shipped asap. I have had other very nice men welcome me in 5 mins after close.. took us two minutes and that's why I choose ups.. the guy who was to high to even lock the door is the reason I won't be sendjng my goods with ups anymore. I felt valued, laziness in this kid js not what brown stands for. Thanks for the reply. Ill change my ratings

After driving from north of town, specifically to use The UPS Store services yesterday afternoon, we found the lights on, but the entrance door locked. This was after calling to confirm the store hours on a Sunday. While sitting in the parking lot waiting to see if a store employee would return and or unlock the door, we wittnessed 12-15 customers pull on the handle with the same frustrated results. No sign on the door, no message on the answering machine. Poor business operation!

Made a special trip as there are no UpS stores near us. Got here at 1:05pm on Sunday. Sign says open, hours say open, but door is locked. Sat in parking lot for 10minutes and watched at least 15 other people try to drop off as well. Very disappointing.

UPS store 4018 Sunday, August 20th around 3pm I have an Amazon return of my husband, I didn't have the QR, only have an email with the label return. A guy with a name TIM in his badge told me to send the email to the store but something was wrong with it at first attempt and I had to sent it again. For some reason he started to breathe heavy and say Hmm hmm , with really bad attitude. Then he told that I have to pay $2.29 because he had to print my label. Pay was not a problem, what really bothered me was the way he said "you have to pay because is MY printer, is MY paper, is MY ink".Hope not to have the need to come back at that store and if it's the case, I hope not to see TIM , if someone is working in customer service most not be like him

I have been using this for returns for a few years. Reading the reviews, I have to generally disagree. A while back they did have a couple of grumpier people working there, and that is frustrating. Lately though, the people seem nicer.No matter what, they've always been fast and efficient.For returns purposes, I give them 5 stars.

I brought in a small envelope with 5 pictures in it. An older gentleman said it should be in a UPS envelope. So because it went from a small envelope to a large envelope it cost almost $14.00 to mail 5 small pictures. I should have walked out and gone to USPS.

I needed a VERY large picture + frame (5 Feet X 3 Feet) delivered that was approximately 35 lbs from Sioux City to Los Angeles and had exhausted every effort to find a reasonable quote from any shipping company in the immediate area. Until.... I called the UPS store on Sergeant Road. (Mind you I have never been to Sioux City and this was an Ebay purchase I was lucky enough to have the seller drop off). I was fortunate to have reached an employee there named Calissa that worked with me on an amazing quote for packing + shipping and communicated well throughout. My heavy picture & frame not only arrived on time, but it was the most amazing job I have ever seen. It took me over 30 minutes to get everything unboxed as the attention to detail with bubble packs and foam assured absolutely nothing was out of place. Hands down the best job for the price I could have ever hoped for! Big A+ to UPS and Calissa for the hard work and expertise! Bravo! Go HERE if you want your package shipped right!

Tim will delete negative reviews. Still post them I am going to look into his position further since there have been so many negative reviews regarding him.This is the original post…Do NOT bring packages to this ups location. I have had 3 very important and expensive returns scanned and never sent out. Tim will then tell you to file a claim with the company. Tim needs to be fired from his position and not in a position where he can keep packages and not send them out.Tim there is no reason you need to respond to this message.

The older gray haired guy that scans in packages, you can't understand a word he says. He keeps mumbling about something. Maybe it's time to put the old coot out to pasture.

Terrible service and absolutely no help. I dropped a package off and there has been no movement. I called and Tim who helped with the initial drop said there was nothing he could do. Needed to file a claim

White cashier and white male manager had horrible attitudes and dispositions. They were being really polite to the white customers but made me feel really uncomfortable. The energy was so terrible that I went to another store, Panera and the heavy set young, cashier thought I was angry at her but it was just these horrible frontline workers at UPS ruin my energy and the biracial cashier attitude was terrible too. Hispanic lady was really nice at first but because of their energy hers begin to shift. I think this manager and cashier are racist. I asked him a question and he completely ignored me and the white lady cashier continued to give me nasty looks. She did not smile not one time at me. This lady attitude was the worses. Just awful. I did not want her waiting on me and I’m praying that they sent my stuff off and it not end up in the trash. I never did anything. I barely spoke to her or the manager because her attitude and energy was terrible through the door and so was his. Please find another profession: Customer service is not for everyone, especially if you struggle dealing with diverse groups.! Won’t be going back to this store (UPS) again. Probably one the worse customer service experiences I ever had
