Upgraded a line on my account. Justice was awesome in getting me all set up and fixing other issues with my account. From reading other reviews, sounds like she needs a raise.

We recently went in to upgrade my husband’s phone. We planned ahead for our usual upgrade process, but this was NOT typical service. Justice provided top notch quality service and helped us understand what services we had. She set us up on a plan that was a better fit for our family and made us eligible for additional discounts. She also informed us that they offered a military discount which saved us even more! We went in expecting to pay a little more each month, and walked out with a significantly nicer phone and a significantly lower bill. And with 4 teenagers, every penny counts! We have been a customer of Verizon for many years, and this was by far the most patient, customer focused experience we have ever had. Thank you, Justice!

I went to Verizon to get a new phone and met an amazing lady, Justice. I am 74 and a disabled vet and she was patient with me, kind and considerate. She was very knowlegable and I highly recommend her.

If I didn't have complete bad luck... I would have no luck at all... So, after I broke yet another cell phone... I went into this Verizon store to hear what I just knew was going to be bad news.... Then I met "Other Sarah" I wish I knew her last name lol This gal was so full of life and happiness; she lifted my mood right up... After going WAYYYY above and beyond for me -- talking to Asurion / Verizon reps via telephone which let's be honest... none of us want to do. LOL Either way... Sarah was knowledgeable, personable, bubbly, and just downright awesome.... I walked out of there with Verizon Internet too LOL I was unable to upgrade my phone the day I went in due to not being able to unlock my credit/ debit card ( due to the broken phone lol ) -- went home ... paid my bill ... drove to visit a friend in NE the next day... and BAM.... Sarah CALLED my half broken, decrepit cell phone JUST TO CHECK IN WITH ME. Yeah.... There are apparently people like that in the world still!!! (( I was in pure shock lol ) ) We chit chatted a bit, she gave me some sage advice on where to get my screen fixed, and I went about my day. --- This woman is an absolute GEM. It's not often that a random person just makes my day... but- Verizon, you got yourself a great employee right here... Don't screw her out of vacation or a raise and lose her- cuz you'll regret it forever. 5 STARS x10000 for SARAH!!! :D :D The real MVP -- Never lose your bubbly happiness EVER... It's rare... and it's so very appreciated girl <3

Came in this location for a quick replace of AirPods that stopped working. Isabell got us in and out in 5 minutes. I appreciate her customer service skills and attentiveness to my concerns.

Horrible horrible service! All they want to do is push you out the door. They do not want to help you even when you ask or tell them you don’t want to mess something up. I think I need to start finding a wireless company because Verizon has gotten bad. If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately I had to give 1. Verizon you suck!!!!

Isabel, the manager, was very helpful! She went over and above the call of her position and helped me with a large account even though they don't normally do that. She made several calls and got the best possible solution for me. I truly want to thank her and the store for what she did! Wonderful customer service!! Good job!

Not very helpful when asking for billing information. Just want you to talk to financial services for $10 over the phone and wait a 1/2 to get someone that's not a robot. While they sit there all day and can answer the same questions.

Stopped in to look into getting a new phone. We looked around at the available phone options and settled on one, talked to someone after about a 20 minute wait, and they started the $29 set up. It was going to take a while to transfer all the apps on the old phone to the new so we left to get some lunch. When we came back everyone was busy and so had to wait again. They handed us a bag with the "newly set up phone." Got to the car and looked at the phone but could not really see anything on the phone. Display was set so dim that I had to find a dark place to make the needed setting changes. None of the apps were operational. Went home to connect to wifi hoping that would help install everything. That was when trying to log in to various apps they were not really set up.When I went through this 3 or so years ago I went to a different Verizon store and they really took care of everything. I was amazed at how seamless the process was. They got everything set so all my saved usernames and passwords worked.This time around I am in amazement with how frustrating it is getting a new phone. I think next time I will make sure to get to that store that took care of everything or just go online.
