“Doc Carlson is the best in the business. We are blessed, as a comminuty, to have him in the area. He knows his stuff, tells it like it is, and makes suggestions accordingly. The man has a true love for animals. His prices reflect he's in it for the love of the game and the good of his community.
His staff are also excellent. Receptionists are friendly and competent. Vet assistants are rock stars. There have been a number of times the vet assistants have spoken up during an exam or procedure where Doc Carlson has praised them for a good idea.
Doc Carlson runs a small, but very efficient and effective operation at his veterinary hospital. He will have my business for as long as he's in it, and I could not suggest him more highly to new pet owners in the area.”

“I had a great experience bringing my dog, Sosa, in for his regular vaccines. Dr. Matt Samuelson and vet tech Cristal were incredibly patient and gentle with him, especially since he gets very nervous at the vet. They didn’t just rush through the appointment — they took the time to address other issues he’s been dealing with and gave me really helpful, practical advice. I also appreciated that they offered multiple options in case the initial solutions didn’t work and encouraged me to come back if Sosa needed more support. It truly felt like my dog was in caring, capable hands. On top of that, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the prices felt very reasonable. I’m really thankful for the care and attention we received and would definitely recommend them.”
