Yeah the Walgreens that's across the street from the Tyson event center they have really good employees and they are very friendly especially Tina that works night's and the other employees they are really nice and friendly as well especially Tina that works at the Walgreens that's across from the Tyson event center cause I go down there about every night and talk to her and the other employees there

Walgreens used to be the go to do all pharmacy. Now it's a status symbol of poor life decisions.

Mostly i goes in shop cause not a valid license yet so I choose evening and the most part an respectable women been in that management evens Tina Mrs Freddy nice women that have judged or look down on when my girl and I goes there

Parking lot is in desperate need of lines so people can have some guidance on how to park.
Homeless people with luggage hanging out by the door, which would look bad at an average store but the front of the downtown Walgreens looks bleak.
Water damage inside, poor organization, lots of empty space in some areas and less in others.
Most items are very overpriced, unless you have a membership then they are just a bit more than most places.
Couldn't have a prescription sent their from hospital.
I already brought up issues to the store manager, and district. Hopefully they restore this location to what it once was.

My experience was horrible this is the second time I came in to this Walgreens and got treated horriblely I didn't even get my discount for being a member and I did receive no friendly customer service I think they need more training on how to treat paying customers

Poor customer service, uneducated and poorly trained staff, rude and hostile management. Prices are EXCESSIVELY high. The store is NEVER clean, and don't even bother trying to use the restroom...most hog confinements are both cleaner and better smelling.The shelves are never stocked, nothing is properly labeled or marked, they don't remove old sale signs and also won't honor the price it presents. The shelves are sloppy and often damaged, open, even moldy products are overlooked.Finally the pharmacy is less professional, capable and prepared than most crack dealers. It's closed on weekends, it's closed early on nights, and they take their lunches between 1:30 to. 2 pm. I mean why have lunch breaks at a normal time or one that makes any kind of sense.To be completely honest this store simply needs to close it's doors. It's a complete joke and has been ever since it's been here. Tragic how casual and carefree they are about these things

I've been going to Walgreens over 14 years. Even when I go to a different state and make sure I go to Walgreens. The the pharmacist make sure that they explain the refills or if you ask them questions about a prescription or an over-the-counter medication they will help you. They are very friendly make sure that you're happy.

My cat caught his nail on our tree and lost a good portion of his nail. I came in for assistance finding antibiotics, antiseptic and bandages.The associates Daniella, Leticia and MJ helped me tremendously and I highly recommend this store. 10/10.

They deserve a zero star for the Worst employees at the cash register by the cigarettes of all time. Called me a freak at the cash register on Thanksgiving just for waiting around thought I was staring at me just waiting for cigarettes. I had another experience when a lady called me a liar gossiping about me behind my back. Never shop here. Worst experience or my life. I get scared of getting hurt just by going there. ??
