I love this Walgreens just wish they carried beatbox beverages :( I need the mango and peach in my life ASAP they have them NOWHERE in this city

Have repetitive issues getting my medications in a timely manner. They say my meds are spose to be kept on hand, even then I had isses and was told the meds they ordered to have on hand for me were given to someone else, and the response when asked well where are mine they simply said there's many people that use your same prescription. I asked how come you constantly have to order them if so many people need it, and its a time sensitive drug where without it for a few days can cause a hospital visit.
I've had to have my rewards account and my online account with them terminated due to multiple issues of illegal soliciting, they also took it upon themselves to add me to a call/text list for notifications which I didn't consent to.
Redbox machines outside are in poor condition and need restoration.

Nice clean store. I've never had a problem with the pharmacy or any other employee. food is A lot more expensive than grocery stores, ALOT. Not sure why that is... it's not a gas station. I've gotten all my family's prescriptions and vaccinations at this walgreens.

Pharmacy won’t let you know your prescription is on back order within any sort of decent timeframe, while you run out of meds they’ll just j*** you around so you can’t transfer it out

It’s unbelievable how many times this pharmacy has messed up my or my family members prescriptions. That’s why it’s always good to double check the prescriptions orders before releasing to customer.

Today I just had someone come up to me in the store wearing a facemask and big coat concealing their face and walked up to and tried to follow me and record me. I hurried up and walked up front to tell employees working and they ignored me. I walked to other side to hopefully just have them leave me alone and they came back and got in my face again. So I walked away and they followed me again. I raised my voice for them to leave me alone and employee in store yelled at both of us. Knowing I had just asked for help. I was very scared and just left. Called to get a manger or corporate number and no one would give me one and hung up multiple times trying to get a manger to speak with. Never will step a foot in that store.I will be sure to let everyone know how employees treat customers especially in a situation like that when I even went for help and asked for a manager.
