Please fix your drive-up ATM! It has been down for the past few days in a row, and you guys are coming up with excuses not to fix it in a timely manner. Whomever manages this location should be fired. I am sick and tired of wasting gas just to go to the downtown location just to be able to use an ATM. I live five minutes away from this location.

This bank doesn't honor their hours. I was walking up to the door 4 mins before they closed. They let a lady out and shut the door in my face before I could have a chance to get in side. What a joke of a business. This is exactly why I don't use wells fargo

Beware I guess they dont have to warn you to close your account, and I guess nothing can be done once its closed. Thats just one of so many issues Ive had with this bank.

This branch is one of the worst Ive had to deal and my career has taken me all over the country, they rarely even answer the phone and never have been helpful in even answering basic questions

Stephanie is a very great banker! Has always helped me and my family when it comes to any questions I have. Always respectful and kind. Don’t know if I can say the same about management however. As long as this woman is there this place will thrive!

pulled up to the drive-thru teller, tried to deposit $400 cash in my checking account with my ATM card, they refuse to do it because I did not have my driver's license on me. Must be time to change Banks..

Had pretty bad times here. I've had an account with Wells since 1992. I went through the drive up to make a withdraw but there was an issue of some sort. I drove over to the pay phone, which is just opposite of the drive through window to call customer service and find out the issue. Apparently a teller saw me do this and called the police department, making some kind of assumption that I was being bad or breaking the law? The police made me hang up with the bank and leave the area. After that, my time with Wells Fargo ended.

I typically go to this Wells Fargo unless I'm in the neighborhood of the other Sioux City locations. Neither location is really that 'close' to where I live, but I just tend to head towards the mall area the most. The staff here is wonderful. Always so, so kind and very helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I am STILL having trouble getting my name switched on all of my accounts to my married name. I've been married for 4 years now. They're kind of making it a pain in the butt. 90% of the time I use the drive-up window/ATM. I go inside when I need something specific done. They're always fast, efficient, and through. I haven't changed to my husband's bank and a lot of the reason why is this specific branch.
