I will not return. Do not recommend. Scam.I attempted to use a 90 minute massage gift certificate. I called and scheduled over a month in advance to schedule on my day off.Appt was at 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, the door labeled Ability Massage was locked and stood outside for 5 minutes. After being let in, she had to go back to the other side of the building to get the paperwork. We made introductions and talked about the massage as we entered the room. She said "this is your hour" I questioned her and said "I scheduled a 90 minute massage, specifically on my day off, I had my gift certificate in my hand when I called so I know I scheduled the appropriate time because I can't split this and come back." She left the room to figure out the issue and see how much time she had and if she could do the full 90 minutes. I was ready on the table at 2:07. She didn't return until 2:15 and said she could give me 1 hour and 25 minutes. I expected roughly still 90 minutes roughly starting around 2:18 that we would finish near 3:45 to 3:50. She did the massage, which for the most part was fine until she stuck her fingers in my ear and then rubbed my face and all I could think was she just rubbed ear wax on my face. Then she said "We're done" I was shocked to see the clock said 3:24. I received roughly 1 hour and 5 minutes. I lost roughly 30 minutes of time, which they are now charging 50$. I called the next day because I was unaware that the time includes the time for the therapist to walk back and forth to the other side of building 2 or 3 times getting ready and correcting scheduling mistakes and they confirmed the time starts when your appointment time starts, however the massage should begin within 5 minutes. I explained that was not my experience and they asked in the future how they could fix it, they did not offer to correct this situation.I have included a picture of the clock on the wall that I took after I had dressed and was preparing to leave.

I’m always telling people to go to Ability if they need physical therapy. Andy and his team are amazing!! Over the years they helped me rehabilitate through multiple issues.

Solon Ability does an amazing job of treating you like family. Everyone is so nice! They really listen to how you are feeling and they work with you and your body to make sure that you see results. Have been to the Solon facility multiple times and if needed, will return.

This place is like our 2nd home, between myself and my daughter, they know us by name. Treat us like we just met yesterday and do amazing work. Jeni and Andy are top notch and have great knowledge on all our issues. Thanks for always leaving the light on for us! You know we'll be back. :)

I have seen Andy Bishop for multiple issues from knee and shoulder pain to back and hip problems from either sports or sitting at an office desk. He gave very helpful instructions and homework. I also found major relief with dry needling!! Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend. Additionally, my son is now going for recovery from surgery and has experienced excellent service as well.
