They have a caring and nurturing disposition and truly care about all children's growth and learning. I felt completely at-ease knowing our child was in a safe and fun environment! A good building full of caring people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare.”

“I have been going to this church since I was a little kid, and it has stayed relatively the same over the years. It has a good community and the people are nice. Would recommend if looking for a church.

My only issues with this place are more so with their views on certain issues and how they have certain things that would raise some eyebrows, but outside of that, I cannot complain too much.”

“My oldest (now almost 3) has been going here since before she turned 2, and my 9 month has been here since 3 months. The staff are loving and caring, and I can tell when I drop them off that they are excited to be there, and when I pick them up that they were well cared for. I am sorry for the experience of the previous rater, I truly have only good things to say about Love-A-Lot, and I have visited almost every day care in Iowa City and Coralville. My oldest said to me the other day that her teachers love her. They always take time to talk to me about her day. I trust implicitly them to care for my girls during this important time in their lives.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Handicare. My youngest daughter has attended for 2.5 years. The staff is incredible, they are kind, caring, compassionate, warm, friendly, and fun. The leadership on site is also great, they too are kind, approachable and ensure each child is safe and supported. Handicare is a well run machine. They are organized and keep the kids entertained at their appropriate age and let the kids spend time outside or in a large motor room. They also accommodate children with special needs. It’s truly a wonderful environment and I feel very fortunate my daughter has been able to attend.”

“I can't say enough good things about the Academy! The staff take such good care of our three children, and our kids are excited to go every morning/love their teachers. The director, Amy, is great and she and the staff strive to make sure the environment is conducive to age-appropriate learning through play. An extra plus is parents are kept updated throughout the day via an app. Highly recommend!”
