Solon U-Haul is staffed by very nice people who absolutely care, which makes all the difference. The staff is great, super knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Their kindness is clearly genuine and they care about the people they interact with. The process is super easy, communication is great, and they are highly recommended for rentals, including long-distance one-way rentals and auto transport.

I dropped off my long distance 1 way rental with Rick. He helped me with my auto transport and it was a super easy process to get me checked out. His communication was great and I will absolutely rent from him again if needed.Highly recommend!
