“The paint work on my car was done timely and seemed to be good at first glance.
Upon closer inspection at home, I noticed a few new issues. Of course, it's difficult to prove if the imperfections were from the shop or from myself, but I brought it back to Dale anyway who took care of them immediately without complaint. He even paid me cash out of his pocket to cover the cost of replacing some scratched window tint, then buffed-out a couple of unrelated scratches on the car. He really went the extra mile to ensure total satisfaction.
I did not know what to expect upon returning, but I was very pleased with his customer service. You can feel safe taking your vehicle to him.
