I called and asked if they had a areator for my portable dishwasher because I went to a couple of other places and they didn't have it but when I they said ugh I don't think so right. I went in myself and found it in 2 minutes. You need to quit being lazy because you don't want to look for something

I appreciate the new gun section and supporting the 2nd Amendment. We usually find something that we need (tool, work clothes) when visiting.Store is clean and organized.

We went in Saturday morning. Was greeted when we walked in. Wife found her pants she needed that wasnt available at our local Bomgaars. Then we decided to walk around just to look. Another worker noticed my hat, World Series cap, and had a great conversation with him. When we got to check out counter the cashier extremely pleasant and then as she rang up the pants the cashier noticed they rang up higher than the tag says and got that corrected. This Bomgaars is worth us going to even if not local for us

Clean store, dressing rooms were well kept and maintained and staff was very friendly! Lots of selection from clothes to tools, and great deals! We love stopping here when we visit the area.

5 plus stars! Wow! What a clean store and the staff - SUPERIOR!! Two H.S. Gals in greenhouse so knowledgeable and nice!! Greeted when I walked into the store. Couple other staff said hello as I walked by. Another worker noticed I looked puzzled and asked if he could help me. He didn’t know the answer, but he called someone on the radio and asked them to come and help. And they came quickly. That person was also very friendly. The first clear guy asked for question and he went and found the answer for me while I was working with the other clerk. You just don’t see this kind of service in today’s society anymore. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating. They were a fantastic store and staff.!!!!

The Spencer store has grown substantially since I was there last. Very well laid out and lots of appropriate inventory for the midwest!

I had the BEST experience at this Bomgaars the other night (4/28/2022). I drove 40 miles to add some chickens to our farm. Maggie was PHENOMENAL and so very experienced I was beyond impressed and thankful for her information. The other girls in the back were also so kind and patient with me and my questions. I was the last person checking out of your store that night and it was a few minutes after closing time 8pm. I was sure I was an inconvenience to the staff wanting to go home for the day, however they couldn’t have been more reassuring as I approached to pay. You have a great group working there!
