I use to rent from them yrs ago I didn't have many problems then but when I did they would get a guy to come in but I would tell them said person wasn't fixing it and he was fired so I know they would take care of things. They were always nice friendly and very helpful. They would even open my doors for others when I was in the hospital with one of my kids.

They answer their phones! They get other employees involved if they don’t know the answer. Application is overwhelming but appreciate the customer service I have received! Tim maintenance in Wonewoc is awesome. Receptionist fabulous.

I've been here a year. A year to long. I was informed by former maintenance men that they don't pay them?The apt was not clean when I moved in.I requested maintenance but it not happen.Garbage disposal, nails in walls, dirty walls, filthy kitchen floor. Carpet in poor shape. And hall carpet not vacuumed on a regular basis, no salt available for icy entrances.I will say that the ladies answering the phone at their Iowa office were always very cordial.

I have known one of the Carlson's since I was younger. I will start renting from them in a few weeks. I have a service animal cause I am disabled and no one but Carlson's understood why I needed my service dog. It does take time anywhere to get a apartment these days. But I thought everyone I talked to was very nice and answered all my concerns. I will see about maintenance and all that but honestly really not worried how kind they have been.

I have been here several years now and have been very happy. I love the layout of my apartment, the pest control, responsiveness to maintenance requests. Management is friendly and responsiveness. My rent is reasonable. Overall, possibly the most pleasant apartment experience I have had.
