It is 9 AM in the morning and I have made multiple calls this customer service automated thing that you got going on here is trash. I have asked multiple times to speak to a representative for the phone only to dial and dial and dial with no response, I am literally up to my limit here with dealing with you guys

Terrible customer service. I got a snotty response when asking for my medication. Yelled at me when she said my prescription was not in. And then made remark when I said I hope my eye infection doesn't get worse. Offered no substitute for the medication and no further help. And left when asking a further question. I was in Terrible pain, and was having a terrible day. And has this interaction on top of it. Definitely not a helpful smile in every aisle. =(

Bullshit.
I have made four different trips to the pharmacy and every single time I’m told a different reason I can’t get my medications.
1. Out of stock come back again.
2. Waiting for insurance approval.
3. Can’t refill until a Sunday, come back.
4. On Sunday - sorry we can’t refill the medication because we only have 1/2 the amount needed.
Not once have I been called or has the actual truth been communicated.
Need meds today? Dont call Hy-Vee Pharmacy.

I called in a refill on my insulin on Monday. Kept getting the run around and now its Wednesday and still no insulin and find out today they had to order it. Lack of communication and being courteous. Going elsewhere

Had an order sent in around 11am. Went there to pick it up at 4pm. Was told it wasn’t ready, but would be in 30 min. Went back at 5:15 pm still was not ready. Had to wait another 20-30 min. Then the lady filling orders was rude and made a comment saying she will get to it when she’s gets to it. I understand your busy and short staffed but if you’re that short staffed maybe let people know to just come get their order the next day. Or don’t accept prescription orders. I would have gladly went somewhere else to get it filled.

Staff here was great. Had a issue with a refill. They where able to get through it and get me on my way. Really impressed by how staff handles certain situations, I was feeling a bit rough and little edgy, staff with a smile finished my order. I felt they know how to work with public. Thank you

Slow service, if you get a prescription called in at 11am by 4pm still not ready. If you wait while they fill it, you will be waiting for a while. They make everything so difficult. It's a prescription, just fill it

I called to get an appointment for a flu shot. Mam you don't need an appointment we have walk ins. Drive there today when I had some time to get the shot. Talking to person there “ I came for a flu shot 1:30 pm . Oh we are not giving them now you can come back at 3:30 PM . I said I called yesterday about setting up an appointment but they told me I could just walk in. I can't go back at 3:30 PM . Really stupid don't tell me it's just walk ins then!!!!!!!! Really not happy with Hyvee pharmacy!
