“I wish I could give the pharmacy more than 5 stars. I have a unique prescription that is not always available, so when going on vacation my usual Walgreens could not fill it. They suggested I try Spencer as we were staying in Okoboji. I was hesitant due to poor Google reviews. I almost ran out of meds and had to go to Walgreens in Spencer. The pharmacy employees spent SO much time getting the prescription and working with my insurance, regular pharmacist & manufacturer! I was amazed with how above & beyond they went to save me $161 copay. And all the while were friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about Shelby & the staff.”

“I left White Drug a few years ago because customer service was lacking. Because of pharmacist changes, I went back. Twice I've had the same staff help me, no personality, no greeting or smile & seems annoyed & disinterested.
Pharmacist was nice but have would appreciated talking in a lower for a more private conversation.
Update - the last few weeks, customer service has been great & staff is friendly.”
