I have been a member here for 30 years and I have a reloadable debit card. They accidentally put an extra $465 on my card. In order to return the money, I incurred a $2 fee, which they claimed they would reimburse me. They lied to me. They finally paid me after they got tired of me hounding them. They left me feeling like I did something wrong. I tried to talk to the CEO about it. He wouldn't return my call until I left a threatening message. Then he told me a few lies, told me I needed a checking account? Left me thinking he could care less. I closed my account there. I believe I would have been better off to give the $465 to charity and just pay the $2 fee. Show my statement to the CEO and I believe he will know who I am.

I have been a member at Telco Triad for 8 years. I bank at the Spencer Branch. Sandy, Jessica, Brenda, Dani and Ali are great people They all go above and beyond to help the members.I have recommended other people to bank with Telco.

The treatment I receive from this bank is amazing everyone always has a smile they know my name it's nice to see a smile unlike other banks in this town it's like they have a personality of a wet mop. Maybe they should go to telco and see how they do it maybe take a few lessons on how to treat people.
