I have had a cell phone for over two decades and I just had the best customer experience I’ve ever had with a cellular rep. Mikala White in Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines, Iowa
deserves 10 stars!!!!! She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We bombarded her with question after question and ended up buying three brand new Apple phones from her. Thank you very much Mikala and bless your heart.

I would like to thank Jeff and Lance from the Spencer store. They were extremely helpful and everything I needed and Jeff was on call when he was called upon on Christmas Eve when he did not need to be they were very nice and kind and I highly recommend Spencer, Iowa U.S. cellular store amazing service.

Treatment of long time customer is horrible. They sell you lies and cost uoi more. They take advantage of loyal customers.

Worse treatment of long term customers. By July I not only didn't get my phones for the sell offer but will have paid more for both phones than if I would have bought outright. After this will be switching but now I am stuck with a horrible business.

went and bought a phone only worked for a week. it was stuck in update mode even the people at the US Cellular store in Spencer Iowa could not get it off they were going to get me a new phone which was nice but since I didn't have the original packaging(cause i burnes it because i didnt plan on getting rid of it so soon) they would not give it to me. now my phone will not call out make text messages get connected to the internet I literally have a piece of crap for phone. not

The custimer sevice was wonderful. The gal I dealt with was awesome! Tje only reasonnot 5 stars was they had computer issues due to an update, and it's more on the compamy than the store. Company itself should have dealt with it.
