Put in a request to forward my mail starting on 8/12/24, had green vacant card in my box yesterday. I went to post office to talk to them about it and a lady said well there’s a forward in for that address so I started forwarding the mail. Wasn’t supposed to start until the 8/12/24, y’all are either idiots or can’t read. Reading is fundamental!

We have the best delivery person. She is organized and efficient, plus has a friendly wave to her customers. She even made our last name on a label maker to put in our mailbox so her subs don’t get mail confused. Great job!

Your delivery driver ran a stop sign and almost hit me and my son on 4th ave around 9th or 8th street. Which ever one is before the four way stop sign. Then he started screaming and cussing at us but he’s the one who had a stop sign and he was speeding and ran it almost turned right in to myself and my son. Thank god I stopped my car on time! Highly unacceptable. He has a square face, dark hair, wearing a grey shirt and boxer shoulders.

I have a service where they take pictures as it enters their facility. That being said I know that it's been 3 business day and still not received a very important document. Yesterday happened to be a very cold day and he came with mail that entered the facility 4 days ago. I've lived in various cities and this has never been a problem.

My packaged seem to have gotten misplaced during delivery and ended up with someone writing a different apartment number on it. Even then I had called to figure out what happened and Sandra was able to figure out what happened. She made sure to call back to make sure I didn’t feel forgotten and really felt taken care of! After the second day I was able to get my package, so appreciative of their help.

They will not pick up the mail at my apartment I have a note saying I have out going mail too.

They will not pick up the mail they will move the out going mail so they can put the in coming mail underneath it.

We had a package say it was delivered in our mailbox when I called they were arguing with Me saying it was delivered yes to a wrong address I had neighbors package and my neighbor had mine they stated I should call Cops lol why when there was a package on ground why would someone steal one out of mailbox and not on ground and not my sons package not impressed...
