“Customer service is top-notch. Alterations are done in-house and quickly. If a piece needs to be exchanged, overnight shipping is used with one of the owners often going to Spencer to the UPS office to pick up and hand deliver the piece. To save the customers time, clothing racks are often placed at the site of the prom, wedding, event, etc., and tuxes can be returned on site. Steve will go pick them up the Monday following the event. I would hope highly recommend shopping for tuxes at Evans Clothing.”
