We had a prime rib for Christmas and it was the BEST we have ever had!!! It was falling apart before you could cut it. Seasoning was perfect. We have been doing prime rib since 2004 and we are never disappointed! Way to go!

Best meat anywhere!!! Quality is outstanding flavor over the top!!! Great people and outstanding butcher. Their dried beef is legendary. I will be ordering more soon. Guess what I live in FLORIDA and still feel they are the best. Give them a try.

I have been a loyal customer for 11 years. When I went in to pick up what will be my LAST order, they shorted me 4 pounds of sirloin of the 18.5 I paid for. When I called to talk to them about it, they hung up on me. Good thing we have a new meat locker in town now.
